Health & Safety Protocols
SeatGeek is the exclusive ticket seller for Arizona Cardinals games. Tickets can be purchased online at SeatGeek.com.
Have your phone out with your parking pass located on your Cardinals Mobile App ready to be scanned upon arrival to the lots. Leave one space in between your car and the next to respect physical distancing. Face coverings are required in Sportsmans Park carparks. On Cardinals game days, parking in Sportsman’s Park is available to both ticket holders with pre-sold permits and single game parking. Sportsman’s Park carparks open two (2) hours prior to kickoff for both vehicles and guests.
All Sportsman's Park carparks have signed ADA parking spots. A valid state-issued hangtag or license plate is required to park in a signed ADA spot.
Ride Share Drop-Off / Pickup Zone
Black Carpark is the designated location for ride share drop-off and pickup for all Cardinals games.
The Great Lawn will not be open and tailgating is discouraged, but will be permitted and limited to your own vehicle space. Guests are encouraged to limit participation to their own traveling party who must adhere to physical distancing guidelines set forth by the Arizona Cardinals, the NFL and/or local, state and/or national authorities. Vehicles will be parked every other space to provide physical distance in parking lots.
All fans will be subject to security screening prior to entry into State Farm Stadium. Metal detectors will be used to screen fans and a search of all items will take place at Access Control Points. Fans electing not to consent to the metal detector screening and bag search will be denied entry into the stadium.
Security checkpoints are busiest during the 30 minutes leading up to kickoff. Fans are encouraged to enter early.
Clear Bag Policy
State Farm Stadium & the NFL Clear Bag Policy strictly limits the size and type of bags permitted into the stadium, and will be enforced for all Arizona Cardinals games. Fans are strongly encouraged to not bring any bags or purses if possible. The following will be permitted:
Each fan may carry one bag of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC no larger than 12" x 6" x 12" -OR- a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar).
Fans may also carry a small clutch or wallet 4.5" x 6.5" with or without a handle or strap, subject to search.

The following items are not permitted inside State Farm Stadium. There are no provisions to store items not allowed through security and items cannot be held by security staff members.
- Aerosol Cans
- Alcoholic Beverages
- Animals (except for documented service animals)
- Bags that do not meet NFL guidelines (must be clear and less than 12” x 12” x 6” in size)
- Banners or signs larger than 3’ x 2’ or with a non-sport message
- Beverages other than one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 500mL (16.9 fl. oz.) plain bottle of water (sport drinks and flavored water not permitted)
- Beverage containers – glass bottles, cans and thermoses
- Cameras with professional lenses (larger than 8 inches) and tripods/monopods
- Chewing tobacco
- E-cigarettes/Vaporizer Pens
- Clothing deemed obscene or indecent in a public setting
- Coolers of any kind
- Food (except for children under the age of two years old)
- Footballs and beach balls (inflated or deflated)
- Illegal drugs
- Laptop computers
- Laser Pointers
- Noise Makers of any kind (whistles, horns, bells, etc.)
- Poles or Sticks of any kind, including “Selfie-Sticks” and brooms
- Seat Cushions except those which are one piece and have no zippers, pockets or concealable areas
- Golf carts, skateboards, rollerblades or hoverboards
- Umbrellas larger than 12 inches in length
- Unmanned aircraft systems (drones, etc.)
- Video Cameras (single purpose)
- Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, firearms & knives
- Any item deemed inappropriate or hazardous by stadium security

Key Gameday Times
- 2 hours prior to kickoff: Sportsman’s Park carparks open for vehicles and fans
- 90 minutes prior to kickoff: Public entrances, Gates 1 and 3 open for season ticket members
The Great Lawn, Brew Haus, Bubble Lounge, Flight Deck and Preflight Party lounges will not be activated.
Bud Light Primetime Grill
The Bud Light Primetime Grill provides fans with 75 feet of tailgating entertainment at every home game. Surrounded by plenty of seating, fans can enjoy delicious food and catch the early NFL games on any of the large flat screen TVs.
Cardinals Flight Deck
Located on the north exterior plaza of State Farm Stadium, the Flight Deck presented by Verizon opens 3.25 hours prior to each home game. Anchored by Plaza Lounges, each shade structure provides seating, cooling towers and an oversized LED video wall for watching early NFL games. Food and beverage options are available for purchase. Fans may bring food & beverage purchased on Flight Deck into the stadium.
Great Lawn Stage
Fans can stop by the Great Lawn at each home game during the regular season and check out various local bands. Bands perform beginning 3 hours before kickoff.
Join the Arizona Cardinals in the Game Zone prior to regular season home games in 2018. The Game Zone is located in the south end zone area inside State Farm Stadium, starting 3 hours and 15 minutes prior to kickoff. It is home to the Arizona Cardinals pregame radio shows, Arizona Cardinals NFL Kickoff Show and Arizona Cardinals Pregame Huddle. Fans can also enjoy early games broadcasted via NFL Sunday Ticket, Cardinals Cheerleader appearances, interactive games, and a great backyard BBQ menu!
Tickets for this pregame event are $75.00 per person and space is limited. Click here to purchase Game Zone tickets. Food and nonalcoholic beverages are included along with two drinks (beer or wine) in ticket price. Additional alcohol will be available for purchase. Guests attending the Game Zone must also have a game ticket and will enter through Budweiser Gate 3, located at the Southeast corner of State Farm Stadium.
Big Red Brew Haus
Open 3 hours prior to kickoff, your game ticket is your entry into our Big Red Brew Haus themed experience. The Big Red Brew Haus features great food, an assortment of beers for purchase, wooden farm style picnic table seating, and great flat screens, all in the air conditioned comfort of State Farm Stadium!
The Cardinals and State Farm Stadium have transitioned to a cashless transaction stadium ensuring contactless options for food, beverage and merchandise purchases.
Cash will no longer be accepted at the stadium and ATMs have been removed from the premises.
In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap payment options including Apple, Google and Samsung pay. State Farm Stadium also offers cash to card ATMs to convert cash to a universally accepted debit card.
Food & Beverage
State Farm Stadium offers a variety of game day favorites and local cuisine. For fans interested in traditional game day staples, or for the fan looking for Gluten Free fare, there is something to please everyone!
Arizona Cardinals Alcohol Service Policies :
- Fans should be prepared to adjust their face covering, to allow the server to confirm their identity.
- Fans may only purchase two (2) alcoholic beverages per person, per transaction.
- Individual serving sizes may not exceed 25 ounces for beer, 9 ounces for wine, and 1.5 ounces for distilled spirits, which should never be sold in double servings.
- Age identification will be checked for everyone purchasing alcoholic beverages who appears to be under thirty (30) years of age.
- State of Arizona law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21).
- Fans providing alcoholic beverages to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) will be ejected and subject to arrest.
- Alcohol sales will be discontinued at the end of the third quarter.
- Fans who appear intoxicated will not be served.

Designated Driver Program
The Arizona Cardinals & State Farm Stadium, Bud Light, Coca-Cola, Craft Culinary Concepts, Arizona Department of Highway Safety and Hensley have teamed up to implement the Good Sport Designated Driver Program. In making the commitment to serve as a designated driver, fans 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license will receive a coupon for one soft drink or nonalcoholic beer. Designated drivers also have the opportunity to win prizes each game and are eligible for a grand prize. Sign up for the program pre-game on the Great Lawn or at the 100 and 400 Level Guest Services Offices and Club Level concierge locations.
Code of Conduct
The Arizona Cardinals Code of Conduct was developed so that all guests attending games can do so in a safe and enjoyable environment. Ticket holders who violate the Code of Conduct provisions will face ejection from the stadium along with possible arrest.
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, State Farm Stadium provides a safe and enjoyable event experience for all fans.

All Sportsman's Park carparks and most other game day parking lots have signed ADA parking spots. On Cardinals game days vehicles must have a valid Cardinals parking ticket to enter Sportsman’s Park or offsite gameday parking areas. A valid state-issued hangtag or license plate is required to park in a signed ADA spot. Please contact the Arizona Cardinals Ticket Office at 602-379-0102 for more information on ADA parking on game days.
ADA seating is located on all three concourses at State Farm Stadium, including all Lofts and Field Boxes. All levels can be accessed by elevators located near the five stadium entrance locations. One power outlet is available at each ADA seating platform for use by fans with electric wheelchairs and other necessary equipment. Contact a Guest Services Representative for any needed assistance.
A courtesy cart service is available to mobility impaired fans from ADA parking areas to the Access Control Points. These carts are limited to mobility impaired fans and one companion. The carts will only take fans to the closest entrance. There is no cart service available inside State Farm Stadium. The cart service will be available two hours prior to the game and until one-hour post game. Fans should wait at the large red numbers and letters (1 and 3) outside of the gates for carts to meet them when exiting.
State Farm Stadium is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act in providing open captioning service for the stadium public address system. Open captioning is displayed below the stadium’s North and South video boards. In addition, open captioning is available via smartphones which are available free of charge at the Gate 1 Guest Services office (across from Section 104). State Farm Stadium is pleased to provide wheelchair assistance for mobility impaired guests. Wheelchair assistance is available to guests upon entry into the stadium and is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests for wheelchair assistance can be made by asking a stadium staff member or by visiting a Guest Services Office located near Sections 104, 123, 417 and 448.
The stadium will provide wheelchairs and a staff member to escort guests to their seats, but it is requested that mobility impaired patrons be accompanied by another adult in their party. Upon arrival at the seating location, guests are required to surrender wheelchairs to stadium staff. Stadium provided wheelchairs may not be used as temporary seating for events. To make arrangements for post-event wheelchair assistance, guests are asked to fill out a wheelchair escort request form stating their desired pick-up time and location. Wheelchair escort request forms are available at all stadium Guest Services Offices. When exiting the stadium, guests will be brought to the exterior glass doors on the stadium's main concourse level. All requests for wheelchair escorts are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. A short wait time may be required.

Complimentary WiFi access is provided throughout the stadium on Cardinals gamedays. To access, turn on the WIFI on a wireless device and connect to STADIUM WIFI, no password is required.
State Farm Stadium has four First Aid locations available to assist fans. The First Aid offices are located along the Main Concourse at Sections 122 & 136 and Terrace Concourse at Sections 416 & 448.
Guest Services Offices
Guest Services Offices are located along the Main Concourse at Sections 104 & 123 and Terrace Concourse at Sections 417 & 448. Fans may obtain information or assistance at any Guest Service Office at the stadium.
The Cardinals Team Shop at State Farm Stadium is located on the Main Concourse across from Section 132 near Gate 2. The Team Shop is open year round, with daily/non-event hours. On gamedays, the Team Store is open with access permitted by ticketed guests once stadium gates open.
There are a total of 12 family restrooms located throughout the stadium. All family restrooms are outfitted with baby-changing tables and are ADA compliant. Family restrooms are located on the Main Concourse near Sections 114 & 136, Club Concourse at Sections 204, 219, 230 & 247 and Terrace Concourse at Sections 404, 421, 435 & 454.
Family Sections (Alcohol Free)
Sections 114, 424 and 432 are designated as Family Sections. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in these sections during Cardinals games
Official Arizona Cardinals merchandise is available at the Team Shop, next to Gate 2, on the Main Concourse level. The Team Shop is open on gamedays for ticket holders and on non-game days for all. There are additional merchandise stands on the Main Concourse at Sections 101, 104, 111, 115, 126, 134 & 137, Club Level at Sections 217 and 232 and Terrace Concourse at Sections 408, 423 & 440.
Pay Phones / TDD Phone
State Farm Stadium does not have any payphones available to fans. However, fans can request the use of a phone at any of the four Guest Services Offices. A TDD phone for hearing and speech impaired fans is located at the Guest Services Office next to Gate 1.
Cardinals gameday radio broadcasts can be heard locally on Arizona Sports 98.7 and in Spanish on Latino Mix 100.3. Visit Arizona Cardinals On The Air for a listing of Cardinals programming.
State Farm Stadium has a NO RE-ENTRY policy. Ticketed guests who leave the building are NOT permitted to re-enter with a previously scanned ticket.
Retractable Roof Movement
The position of the roof at State Farm Stadium will be determined on gameday. Guests can call the Cardinals Roof Hotline at 623-433-7663 to find out if the roof will be open or closed.
State Farm Stadium is a non-smoking facility. Designated smoking areas on the Main Concourse are located at Gate 2 and outside the exit doors at sections 102 and 137. Guests on the Club, Loft, and Terrace levels can proceed to designated smoking locations on the north entry/exit ramp. Guests smoking outside the stadium must remain 20 feet away from any entry/exit doors.

Ticket Re-Sale / Scalping
The resale of event tickets, regardless of price, is prohibited at State Farm Stadium and throughout Sportsman’s Park. Guests that purchase tickets from someone other than SeatGeek do so at their own risk. State Farm Stadium and Arizona Cardinals are not responsible for invalid tickets and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary ticket provider.
