NCAA Men’s Final Four® Tip-Off Tailgate presented by Nissan

Before heading to the games at State Farm Stadium on April 6 & April 8, we invite you to make a pitstop at the Men's Final Four Tip-off Tailgate presented by Nissan. Fans can enjoy free team pep rallies, musical performances, basketball-themed games, plus food and beverages.

Clear Bag Policy

All events during Final Four weekend have a strict clear bag policy. State Farm Stadium strongly recommends fans to not bring any bags, however the following will be permitted:  One clear bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” or a standard one (1) gallon freezer bag.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted inside State Farm Stadium. There are no provisions to store items not allowed through security and items cannot be held by security staff members. 

  • Animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities).
  • Artificial noisemakers or noisemaking devices of any kind.
  • Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following: all purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags. 
  • Balls or any object that can be used as a projectile.
  • Cameras with professional lenses longer than 3", GoPros, video recorders and mono/tripods on game days. (Cameras, GoPros, etc., are only allowed on Final Four Friday.)
  • Smoking, e-cigarettes or vapes.
  • Outside food and beverage and containers of any kind (except for guests with medical and dietary needs).
  • Fireworks or weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, etc.).
  • Folding chairs, stools or other seating devices.
  • Illegal substances.
  • Laser pointers.
  • Poles or sticks of any kind, including selfie-sticks.
  • Signs or flags larger than 3' x 2'.
  • Unmanned aircraft systems/radio controlled model aircraft.
  • Segways, skateboards and hoverboards.
  • Any other item(s) determined by event management to be dangerous or inappropriate will not be allowed into NCAA events.
  • Personal carts, wagons or other large rolling devices.

Nonpermitted items can be discarded or returned to the guest's vehicle. Please store items left in vehicles out of sight.

Metal Detection

For the safety of everyone at State Farm Stadium, all persons entering the stadium will have their bag searched and walk through a metal detector or be screened with a hand-held metal detector to search for prohibited items.  

Children's Ticket Policy

For the 2024 NCAA Men’s Final Four games on Saturday, April 6 and Monday, April 8 all fans MUST have a game ticket to enter State Farm Stadium, regardless of age.

Cashless Venue

Please note State Farm Stadium is a cashless stadium ensuring contactless options for food, beverage, and merchandise purchases. In addition to traditional scan and chip options, all fixed points of sale will offer tap payment options including Apple, Google, and Samsung pay. State Farm Stadium also offers cash to card ATMs to convert cash to a universally accepted debit card. Fans may convert cash to a debit card by using a Cash-to-Card kiosk located throughout the stadium. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be used at locations where debit payments are accepted. Cash to Card Kiosks are located on Main Level (Sections 104, 123 & 136), Club Level (Sections 213 & 233), Loft Level (Sections 318, 349, 418, 434, 446). 

ADA Accommodations

State Farm Stadium guests with disabilities should call Guest Services at 623-433-7763 or 623-400-2210 (text) for admission, parking and seating accommodations.

Fan Code of Conduct

The following behavioral policies will be strictly enforced:

  • The use of duplicate or unlicensed tickets will result in expulsion.
  • Profanity will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion.
  • The use of obscene or indecent clothing or signs will result in expulsion.
